Shipping & Refund Policy
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please do not hesitate to email us within 3 days of its delivery and we will happily arrange an exchange or refund option for you.
You will need to provide proof of purchase and a clear photo of the damaged item
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Also, before you place an order, please read the item description carefully and triple-check that you have entered the correct delivery address as we do not accept returns or refunds on orders due to a change of mind.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
For return address, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. If you would like to return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We are not responsible for any return packages that get lost during transit.
Please note that once your orders have been collected by our courier partners, it is their responsibility to safely deliver your parcel. VAI PASIFIKA will not be responsible for any postal addresses that have been typed incorrectly. These include non-deliverable addresses or incomplete addresses. If your parcel is not delivered within the estimated timeframe you are given, our team will launch an investigation on your behalf and directly communicate with our courier partners to locate your parcel.
International orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. These funds are set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations.
We do not refund for lost packages.
We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.
